Every order is hand-checked and packed by our small team in Auckland, then sent with NZ Post / CourierPost to addresses anywhere in New Zealand.

Timing
How long will it take?
Delivery time = our packing time (1–2 business days) + NZ Post transit time. Typical transit times are below; they’re estimates from NZ Post, not guarantees.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are packed on the next business day.

Order confirmed
You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as your payment goes through.
Hand-checked & packed
We check every item and pack it carefully in Auckland within 1–2 business days.
On its way
Your parcel goes to NZ Post and we email you a tracking number.
Delivered
Track it any time on our Track My Order page until it arrives.
Good to know
New Zealand only
We currently deliver to New Zealand addresses only. We don’t ship internationally yet.
PO Boxes & Parcel Collect
NZ Post can deliver to PO Boxes, Private Bags and Parcel Collect points — just enter the address at checkout.
Need to change your address?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched we can’t redirect it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn’t turned up, let us know within 7 days and we’ll sort it out with NZ Post.
Sending a gift?
Just enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address. Want a message included? Add it in the order notes at checkout.
Busy seasons
Around Christmas and major sales, NZ Post can take a little longer. We’ll share cut-off dates on our homepage.

Use your order number and email to check progress, or follow the NZ Post tracking link in your dispatch email.
